Rental bond
Many landlords demand some form of security from tenants that future rent payments will be met. The rental bond is signed by the tenant and guarantees that the landlord will receive his or her rent even if the tenant is unable to pay. In many such cases, it is the landlord who recommends to his or her tenants that they turn to Nordic Guarantee.
